Consulting – Our core principal is to deliver the best value to end customer. It is observed that in digitalization or development of any new/existing project requires lot of understanding and skills. Many a times business knows very well what is required but what they know is end product, they don’t know the process of achieving the end result. We facilitate to achieve end result as expected, by capturing the requirements, documenting and ensuring that it is developed as agreed by the team. In essence we are the project care taker. Primarily we are helping business with 2 core services In consulting

1. Business Analysis – Understanding requirements, documenting requirements and implementing it
2. Business Analytics – Understanding Business, Focus on wealth of information lying underneath data, Helping business to derive correct strategy and drive in right direction

Training – We are conducting regular workshops on Business Analysis in various locations. This workshops are targeted towards students, young professionals and for all those who are stuck in midway of their career. We just don’t stop ourselves by giving training but we take personal care of our students, help them to groom, provide correct guidance and counselling as and when required, making them job ready and nurturing them into IT Industry Business Analyst role.
